Easy to install

Once you have removed the old cover, use a flathead screwdriver to pull out the four main attachment clips on the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are marked in red on the photo below. Note the yellow locating tabs that need to be disconnected.

Replace the old battery with a #CR2032 coin cell battery. Make sure that the "+" positive side of the battery is pointing to the opening in the fob and that the -" negative side is facing the buttons made of rubber.

Reattach the passenger-side mirror cover by aligning locating tabs. Once you've done this, place the fob that is on the driver's side back in your vehicle and test it by pressing the button on the front of the car key. If everything is functioning properly, the parking lights should be on and the doors should automatically close.
